There is nothing better on this planet than peanut butter anything! When I was a growing up I never really ate peanut butter, but when I met my husband he introduced me to eating peanut butter on everything! Now I can’t live without it, but I hate the added sugars and other unnecessary ingredients that come along with it. I like to make my own at home and swap out the sugar for Lakonta Monk Fruit Sweetener to make it Healthyish! It’s only 2 ingredients its super easy, saves you money and feels good to eat.
I always buy my peanuts in bulk in the dry goods section of the grocery store. They are cheaper and sometimes you can even find them raw or without salt. This recipe they only had salted roasted peanuts which are delicious but it could be healthier if they had raw peanuts.

Ok enough about my favorite sweetener. Back to the creamy delicious peanut butter.
The recipe is simple you take your peanuts and add them to your Cuisenart Food Processor. Turn it on and wait….. and wait….. just a few minutes for the peanuts to blend into a creamy nut butter. Scrape down the sides once and start the food processor again. Then either pour the Lakonta Monk Fruit Sweetener through the top of the food processor or stop and add it and start it again.
THAT’S IT! its so easy and the result is creamy peanut butter you can really feel good about eating. I store mine in Kerr pint jars and it keeps fresh!

5 Cups Roasted
1/2 Cup Lakonta Monk Fruit Sweetener
Directions:
1. Pour peanuts into the Cuisinart Food Processor turn on, scrape down edges and turn back on.
2. Add Lakonta Monk Fruit Sweetener and turn the food processor back on for a a 30 seconds.
3. Store in a air tight jar. I use Kerr pint jars.
